NaCl for freezing point.

H2O, polar

Sodium Nitrate

are the ones I know off the top of my head.

Ahh, missed part of the directions.

NaCl is the only one that breaks up into more than 1 part, so it will affect the freezing point the most.

Ionic solids are polar, like water, so the polarity will break them apart.

Sodium Nitrate completely dissociates in water.
