This doesn't deal with the ability of reopening topics but mainly the ability of a topic creator to close his/her own topic without having to ask a moderator to do so. This would help to reduce the amount of spam in trade topics if they are to get out of hand and become completely off-topic and save mods a little time. Just a suggestion. Post your opinion about it.
