Summary
Quite a lengthy project for me but well worth it. Outside of the 70-15, which is 100% Perm (i've held it since 1.09), this char is legit which I am very proud of,
And I feel the sacrifices made for this setup were well worth it to make this fucking bullet train. He is an extremely fun character to have, and is a menace against casters and any ranged chars.
A 509 Max Rare 1-hander doesn't hurt either. The One-Hit Hero himself ^_______^.
