not that much, since dodge evade avoid duration are of fixed length anyways. If you are under heavy attacks you basicly run (wsg) out first until you are free to tele.
I myself used 4x 5fhr sc for the 20% breakpoint and had a 12fhr/allres gc in stash to reach the 32/86 breakpoint with spirit on switch.

it absolutely is not, the focus is on bow. All the charms are geared to that and it uses heavily dex also. A plague zon would have twice as high poison damage.
The plague javelin merely is very usefull and picked because you got so many +skills on your gear, but you won't kill with a plague javelin alone, it takes like 2.5-3k life vs a 75res char depending on your shield.

It does as well as the person controlling it, as is the case with most bowazons.
