Just finished reading The Martian. It is one best best novels I've read.

What's it about? Never saw the movie. The guy gets trapped on Mars and has to survive? Seems intense.

I've heard about that. It's supposed to be really damn good. Why does he get beat up and thrown off the train though? Was he boxcar hopping it?

Have you gotten to the part where Christian Bale is humping the prostitute while flexing in the mirror?

Yes I did. I found the movie extremely rushed, though it was on point with the book. I just felt there was to much left out, and a r rating didn’t leave much they could actually put in the film.
I read that the first person who wanted to create the movie was intending on doing an x rating, to get the full extent of the book, unfortunately it fell through.

E; that video actually had me thinking they were doing a remake, and I was quite intrigued. Had a good laugh at the apology to Brett Easton Ellis.
