mana isnt needed, wtf i got almost 1k mana and 20energy will only add ~70, wow big deal

Your pelt is much better than shaeld jalals, but how much would it cost for somone who is on a budget? 4k fg or some shit like that. Its only 3 more skills man.. and if you are on a budget cheap>the few points of damage it gives you, in the long run.

The skill should be maxed in no particular order as this build must be fully ready before you start dueling

Stats
Str:Enough To Carry Heaviest Equipment (156 From Storm Shield) After The Rest Of The Gear.
Dex:EnoughTo Mantain 75% Block (Note That This Will Increase Per Lvl You Gain)
Energy:None At all
Vitality:All The Rest

Gear (You Must Follow Exactly Or This Character Will Not Maximise Its Potential)
