for cardio, any HIIT cardio is good. Jogging, swimming, biking, eliptical, etc. Just pick whatever you'd prefer. If you have shin splints when running, get some shin wraps.
Next, that protein powder is fine, but has a lot of added junk to it. I'd recommend NOW! 100% whey isolate for cutting.

but can I get an approx amount of protein in grams of what I should be consuming? Thats all I need then Im gonna get started
I understand everything else, the calories and % etc, but there was no specific protein number
