coworker told me whole foods sells "cheese" made from almonds. what are your thoughts on the ingredients?

Ingredients are fine - no issues there. I have no idea what it would taste like, however.

I have always had issues with my joints, being overweight until about 3 years ago(I'm 18 now, lost weight playing basketball) and I'm just now finally signed up to a gym. I work in stock at reebok so I get a huge discount so I'm wondering what type of sneaker I should get to bring to the gym. I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I'm looking for advice or to be pointed in the right direction as to what reebok sneakers to buy for the gym

If you were to recommend an anatomy book for strength training and one for nutrition which would they be?

Getting real sick of cooking raw chicken breast and refrigerating it. Like to the point where if i force it down enough I legit want to vomit - esp if it's been in there for 3 days +

Thoughts recommendations besides too bad suck it up? <- if that's only solution i'll keep on doing it.. but getting really angsty on this keto ...

sorry for rant...

it tastes surprisingly ok. noticeably different from cheddar. but if you ever tasted the abomination called "fat free cheddar", this tastes better imo. i'll look into incorporating it into my diet regularly.

Reebok has Crossfit Lifter shoes, which are actually very good for everything except for cardio. For cardio, get any reebok running shoe - they're all about the same. I have a pair of zigs that I enjoy very much for running.

For pure simplicity and great info -

http://www.amazon.com/Strength-Training-Anatomy-3rd-Edition/dp/0736092269

Also, this is a must (it's not anatomy related though):

http://www.amazon.com/New-Encyclopedia-Modern-Bodybuilding-Updated/dp/0684857219/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=

Lastly....I'm not sure what you mean about an anatomy book for nutrition....could you explain?

Don't eat cold chicken. Cook each round to order. Eat other foods cold, like eggs, steak, burgers, bacon, hot dogs, etc.

Fat Free Dairy is an absolute abomination. I agree.

Good luck with the cheese substitute.
