First of all, per JSP policy, discussion of drugs, both illegal or regulated without a prescription, is strictly forbidden.

Secondly, the best way to be able to study and retain information when sick is to keep yourself as comfortable as possible. Utilize whatever measures are necessary for removing your symptoms. Sinus Rinse, ibuprofen, hot showers, chicken soup, hot tea, etc. You can also try over the counter meds such as mucinex, sudafed, tylenol cold, etc.

The bottom line should be that however you can make yourself feel better, without causing harm to your body, should be utilized.

Your bedroom should be cleaned, and free of dust, allergens, with freshly washed sheets as well.

Stay hydrated as much as possible and avoid over-studying (more than 45 minutes at at time without at least 15 minutes of break between).

I understand.

OTC Meds (over-the-counter medications) should not be referred to as drugs to avoid confusion.

I listed the ones that I recommend previously.

Not what I wanted to hear but I do appreciate all of your input. I had a heart rate monitor, it told me the calories burned etc... (Roughly ofc nothing I can biy is absolute) Anyway I can remember hitting 1k calories in just over 2 hours a couple times. I guess I just need to keep losing weight. I mistyped my height I'm actually 5'8" but it's still over 25%bf. better than 5'8" and 200 when I started caring. I guess I need to make a decision to get serious or give it up, really don't want to weigh 200 again.

Mind over matter. Time to cut. It will be worth it, I assure you.

Is it bad if today I have only eaten 500 cals? It's 6pm est now and just finished workout.
I will hit 2k by end of day tho

Also do you think there is anything wrong with intermediate fasting? 16 hours no food, 8 hours eat window?

As long as you feed enough PWO you should be fine.

IF works well for SOME people. Others don't see as good of results with it compared to traditional cutting/bulking cycles.

I personally do not like it, nor do I like the duration it takes to see gains and/or losses in a given time. I find that alternating between bulking and cutting yields much better overall results in a shorter amount of time.
