This is a rewritten version of the last sticky inplace that was taken down due to spam. I will not be updating this list, as I just compiled all the websites listed in the last one to be re-stickied. If a website you use, like, or have experience with, please continue to post. Best of luck finding the best deals on computers and computer parts on the web!

Have to admit, just having Google as the only website would be better than having this list. If we have stickies in this section, it should be by a moderator who actually frequents these forums and notices trends. Having a list of websites will only increase spam.

I was merely asked to rewrite the information due to the last thread being target by a spam poster. The last thread was a sticky from 2004 to current, meaning that its been there as long as this forum has and it wasnt spammed until one member chose to do so.

My point is this, having this sticky here, in any form, is next to useless since people won't use it. This forum is built on post-count, and having a sticky that gives this sort of information, but isn't enforced as a guide, will do nothing since people will post first, look later. I don't mean you disrespect personally, its just that this section gets no moderation unless there's some piracy question spotted, and then that's spotty at best.

I kinda agree with pontifex. I believe he is making two separate points:

1) Its a pointless sticky, nobody here is a 5 year old making their first online purchase. Id much rather have a sticky dedicated to site promotions and steals than just links to retailers.

2) There IS no moderation in this subforum. And, although I don't particularly think it needs any, mods need to stop closing threads that have the word "torrent" or "p2p" in them when no copyright material is mentioned and no illegal software is discussed, particularly when the mod doesn't know shit about the topic.

anychance you could add www.ebuyer.com to the UK list, very good site cheap prices and also next day delivery for around £10 standard charge if you order before 8pm, also they do saturday delivery, also if you order before 8pm sat, it will be there like 7am monday lol

can also specifiy the time you would like it to arrive such as 7am-12pm 12pm-3pm 3pm-6pm pretty good imo
