Could use your smudgetool for this if you use it correctly.. or liquify tool.. then touch it with your dodge/burn tool to make it look realistic

yes but out of interest, topaz must have some macros and programming about sampling etc. so understanding how it does it, imo, would be interesting
not particularly artistic though, ill give you that

This is a sig attempt I was making.

Few things about it that really bug me that I would like to learn...

Seems like a lot of this sig looks forced in. Could someone please tell me some of the techniques on how to give sigs more flow?

also I feel my lighting is off to, could someone please tell me some nice lighting techniques? Or link me to a tutorial that goes over these things.

I know there is a lot wrong with this sig and please do feel free to criticize me on it, however please keep it constructive.
