It's a slow anime. It's an anime you watch just to chill and relax. Just because it is slow doesn't mean it is bad. Plus it's only 13 episodes so it takes you maybe 2 days to watch.

Jus watched "Tactics" wasnt anything particularaly amazing but ending was different so it gets a 7/10 . i would recomend it to anyone who just feels like watching a relax anime.

The reason it was slow, for me, was because it was bad. It had the most uninteresting and dragged out battles, the most annoying main character, and situations that you just don't care about. It was an utterly forgettable show (not to mention an extremely boring one).
