Same as always. Togashi is writing as quickly as his health allows (which is painfully fucking slow), new chapters coming out every once in awhile (on average a few a year), and after he's finished this latest arc or maybe the one after this one (could be 5-15 years), we'll probably see a new season since the show is one of the greatest shows ever made.
E: Back in February Togashi said he had ideas for 3-4 more arcs following the last completed arc (Chimera Ant). Hopefully we'll see them sooner than later, but an optimistic guess would be that we'll see the completion of the series sometime around 2030.
