A couple of things, thought it was a bit random at first how their final attack did so much damage considing they were out of chakra compaired to their final forms. But actually amataseru is pretty badass could be all seven natures as it's black and we know from the past that slamming rasengan and chidori into each other isn't a good idea+they were pretty perfected forms of the technique so could have worked.
Also was naurto shown to be stronger as sasuke had to absorb chakra from all the tail beasts which he countered for a bit using clones having more stamina and ultimately matching infusing nature energy. You could say his rinnegan allowed him to capture them in the first place but it was before the battle when naruto didn't know what was going on.
+Can naurto still do his 9 types of shurriken from tailed beast chakra. Can't remember if he kept a piece of the chakra and even if not maybe he can still remember how to do it as he can obviously use all seven natures with the seeker orbs.
Bit silly that naruto doesn't learn attacks from the 7 elements then tbh. Would make him so op
To answer your question.. Naruto is stronger, but sasuke has the potential to be stronger - obviously from sasukes Visual prowess and chakra absorbing capabilities.
Had sasuke killed naruto I wonder if he could have upgraded his sharingan again
