Keep getting frequent but random Hypervisor_Error
Windows 11 Home 64 bit
Lenovo Legion 5 15ARH05H
Not sure of any changes as it's been going on for enough time that I can't narrow it down.

I tired resetting the pc and removing everything but problem persisted afterwards and system recovery didn't have a date to choose before the problem started.
Tried going to windows features to turn off windows hypervisor platform but it wasn't on.
Tried running chkdsk /f but it's telling me access denied due to privileges/locked by another process.

Appreciate any help in resolving this issue

Can you provide the error code? It should be the number next to the hyper visor error.

I’d assume it’s due to needing to update your BIOS or chipset drivers.

You can download them here: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/legion-series/legion-5-15arh05h/downloads/driver-list

All I get is this when it happens. This is just from google but it's the same screen I get.
When it does happen though it will stay at 100% and not restart.

All drivers are up to date.

Are there any other users that have an account on the PC? Weird that chkdsk gave you a permission error. You may need to do DISM in safe mode and see if it lets you do it there.

Do you happen to have AVG? I saw someone say this causes the issue with their AMD CPU.

This is a common issue with Windows 11 and avgVmm.sys

As MrSK mentioned above, I would try to boot the PC ensuring AVG does not auto start and see if you have any issues (if you have AVG that is).
Just make sure you have Defender, etc enabled so you have protection.
