early season yes, but now with 65 days season i dont think worth much
cold res is the less important, even poison is more important than cold on HC.

also 70 strenght to use, is a lot.

missing fhr and mf maximum is 25%, came with 18

i would say 75-150fg maximum if someone really need because resistances are pretty high 40 / 32 and has HFD.

they are not bad boots, problem is more on 70 str req to use and already late on season.

seasons on d2r are supposed to be total 4 months duration, so more than 50% is gone already.

also Diablo 4 season 4 starts may 14, something like that, so yeah, D2R HCCL market is like dead now, people are opening topic to sell SOJ vs 800fg which is very cheap and still not people buying it, early season soj is 3,000fg
