Ah that's probably what the problem is then. 4 sticks of DDR5 usually runs into issues past the 5600 mark and is slightly alleviated if you tweak voltage(which I definitely don't recommend doing).
How often do these memory issues pop up? If it happens pretty frequently and you're willing, you can always find a 32x2 RAM set from your QVL on Amazon(or anywhere else with a good return policy) and test it to see if that alleviates your issues. If not you can return it pretty easily.
