so, before i ask. i know gris is not as good as grief and enigma etc. im just having fun with it and trying something new. i already have a pretty dope v/t with gg gear. and im toying around with gris set, now i just need help figuring out what to socket into my gris caddy? im hearing mixed things like 4x um runes 2x ber with 2x shael. or 4x 40/15s. i asked GEL but hes offline rn. xD

gris set vt would get wrecked by any basic nigma/grief lol
not even close. grief alone adds way too much dmg for gris set tk ever catch up but perhaps if you take the approach of a tv as more of a defensice foh with conviction with max block base u might get a slight chance. smite vs smite its nearly impossible vs a grief smiter.

ya that makes sense.. from the top of my head either light facets or going for open wounds or crushing blow comes to mind..

when you duel nigma tele smiters namelock foh on them and when(right before) they tele on you your goin to smite first(you can switch to smite/fanaticism while holding foh) then run away as soon as you see then tele on top of you, hitting them with either open woulds or crushing blow, otherwise you should always keep holy freeze on when they are close to you or conviction.

Holy shock zeal/charge and cb smiters and foh.

I feel like the cb quickly gonna make both barb and ele druids low quickly from smite when they jump you, and then they are low and easier pickings from both holy shock and foh.
