I want to "help" other hc online players pad their games while teleporting to any chests I desire and reaping the rewards of greater drops. I don't want to kill anything and don't want to have to worry about dieing.

What would a budget build look like to achieve this purpose?

Obviously respec into the build. 20es 20tk. I've read to have slightly more health than mana to avoid a certain spell affect. Ideally cast rate can be sacrificed as needed for flat dr, resists, +life and mana. What gear or corrections do you all suggest?

Res other than psn is useless on 95es build
If you want to open chests, you’ll run lower kurast mostly, and maybe some arcane/RoF

Get 200fcr
Max mana
Psn res is kinda useless in those areas
So basically frw gear to accelerate time in town, and make a good use of telek to open chest and wps

what kinda budget? a full tals sorc, aim for level 40 ES, would pretty much do the job. max poison res, its rare but it can kill the character. all in energy build. a2 prayer merc w/ insight. idk if what you're doing is worth investing more than this. blood magic curse very rare and not a problem, you aren't casting high mana cost skills.

200fcr BO/Zerker Barb with Grief MH/Demon Limb OH and 2xHOTO swap for tele/BO buff

Probably a paladin with good dr and absorb and max holy shield / defiance and max resist lightning / fire for the +resist

Then actually use the defiance aura also and have a cure insight eth coh merc

Equip phoenix for easy 95 lr fr and redemption for healing corpses
