Used on charges full is 5 instilling an 5 bubbblsaur, forget which npc does this for you tho, as for the first part idk enough about the flask, ope went n googled what it does, nice defensive layer

yes you can divine it yourself.
depending on the ascendency and class you are playing i would go for a "mid" roll - no reduced duration and not that bad reduced charges - and quality to 20%

and what do you mean by how we get used to "used when charges are full" - thats for mapping purpose, you dont press the flask anymore, and watch it. you should always be killing mobs so it should always be UP
i run a pretty bad rolled one and it never runs out until the bossfight in the end of t17 or if i start looting



you can craft this on the bench yourself.

140div is for perf or near close to it right ?

if I am correct to get perf one there is a ~1/11 x 1/71 = 1/781 chance to get one using divines

including 20/34 its still 2/781 so not worth it trying

base is 70d, while 15/25 about 73d , to roll same or better you need in average 14tries, buying rolled one is a best option whatever you need
