Hi, I play hammer but I would like play smite to use grief ba sometimes So I have put a skill point in fana and I would like to know how many ias I need to have in my grief to have the ias cap, I know that 35 is insufficient so it is between and 36 and 39
I know that with a 40 ias I have more speed than with a 35 ias
