When you look at 10 seconds reels or scroll past picture after picture and read a sentence about what it is you train your brain to need constant novel stimulus
True, I feel like the current generation is like this. I guess you have to train your attention to be long on a task 15 minutes+

Yeah, that's true as well. You have to do the super-long, mundane, boring, difficult, taxing, challenging type of tasks to achieve anything in life. Nothing is easily earned.
A lot of good ideas: adderall, habits, attention, interrupters/distractors , learning strats, and etc.
