Ark : Survival Ascendend is a really big game where you can spend thousands of hours together too, if you like something heavier in timeinvest

Yea only switch games

Animal crossing has a "Two player" mode. Second player can't get too interactive with stuff but it's nice to spend time with them! Then she can also play if she has free time

Stardew Valley is also similar

These are the games I played with my wife and she liked it
