Why you have all this money spread out on different apps NOT backed by the FDIC? I usually get some kind of "I gotta move money around" excuse when I'm trying to collect on rent. People use like cash app or venmo or apple pay. Etc etc. Do you not know what a bank account is?

better than fdic it is jsp insured

Apple pay is FDIC insured
Other ones are used by some to hide assets and not report on sales

Managing finances are not taught well, and a lot is chaotic considering the times. To be fair though the bank has its own clerical difficulties that can make it inconvenient at times, it's time lost.

And by way of habit I generally still offer to pay for something whilst travelling, if the restroom is decent and offered for use.
