14k chins throw = 8-10 hours roughly (since you have to reset agro and juggle the monkeys) - 40m for this
not sure how many bursts per hour but can do it at the same rate (i believe bursting is slower so price would be higher but 4m/hour rate)

Where I do agree with bank access, only thing to caution here is that if someone does, full chin stack is released, may not be a bad idea to use someone willing to reimburse at least if needed.

Just a thought, not trying to spam at all.
