i just will see some videos on youtube, i don't want to make a lvl 100 char that will expire after just 1 week just to provide some feedbacks
anyway based on the patch notes, the build i will make in s4 is sorc frozen orb

Honestly just what il do, my plan is to play s4 hota barb regardless

you will be able to instantly boost your character to Level 100.

upon entering the PTR and arriving at Kyovashad, there will be an NPC named ‘PTR boost’. They will only have one dialogue option, which is Boost me to level 100’

i think hota will be heavily nerfed

Didn’t everything about this build get heavily nerfed?

Oh sure they nerfed it but still will hit the screens for millions of dmg just not 100milions of dmg
