Yeah sadly maybe 100 and 70.

would it be worth opening them up?

From a a collectors standpoint. If someone was going for sealed, imo, it is* too damaged to consider a profit or to pay extra. Again, imo, you are better off probably putting the goodies in a penny sleeve and hard case with a NM condition if they are that.

E* Too add, I am not sure if these are already preset cards or if they are random, I haven't played or opened cards since 1st. ED. If that is the case, without a doubt open and sort. If they are random, I suppose it would matter what could be in the set. Example would be if this was a base set mtg or pokemon set it would be more money regardless of condition if there is a chance for random cards to leave as is.
