Hi,
I am curious if it is possible to use full str bug on 99lv sorc with WH enigma???
Do I need Sh eni?
how to calculate it?

you can str bug with WH until level98 (that's without stating any point in str), at level99 you must use SH

(disregard the sorc example at the bottom, he made a mistake a considered 87str req for WH)
