Can someone explain how to skip staff and organs in rush?

Can’t skip staff (act 2) unless you have it already from other character’s quest.

To skip retrieving organs (act 3) you need to host another game with a character that already has council quest closed and door from Travincal to Durance lvl 1 open, then run for Durance lvl 2 waypoint and get it. Next thing you want to do is host another game with char that skips organ quest, port yourself to Durance lvl 2 WP, walk down to Durance lvl 3, kill Mephisto and open a gate to Act 4.

wondering, cuz i saw ppl muling organs and a a2 staff, just killed the council for the weapon in a3. When i tryed this i couldnt collect the organs or staff with the chars ingame

If you find yourself annoyed at making staff or khalim's flail (especially in hell difficulty) -- consider banking 1 or 2 every time you actually complete the quests.

Just pop one over onto a mule and equip it so you can even eyeball if they have a quest item in stock at the moment on the character selection screen.

That way, you only have to complete it legit every other (or even less, if you bank more than 1 extra each time you do so).

Edit: this is assuming that you can run 2 instances, etc.

so you have to mule the staff/Organs immediately since u cant put them in shared stash ?
