I'm actually looking to upgrade my Computer pretty soon and was wondering which Case offers better options when it comes to Cable Management, I have heard of Lian Li Cases and the fact that their Fans usually dont require to use many cables, with that said..

Here is what I currently have:

Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow
Motherboard: Z390 Aorus ULTRA
Processor: i9 9900K @ 5Ghz
CPU Fan: Corsair H150i
RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 64GB
GPU: AORUS RTX 3080 Master
HD: 970 EVO SSD 1TB - M.2 NVMe

I'm still wondering if I should wait for the 5000s Series of nVidia RTX (Depending on the Prices)

*** When I purchased the 3080, most of the video cards were IMPOSSIBLE to get one, since this was during Covid and also many of the Minners pretty much ruined the experience, so who knows what will happen with the new Generation of RTX this time**

As far as Budget, I'm pretty much good, I have about $4000 Budget for the new PC.

Wanted to hear some suggestions on what the best Case and Components to get, and if I should wait until the end of the year.

Thanks

Cable management really more dependent on builder IMHO.

Go again with the latest i9 and best RTX you can fit into your budget.

COVID pricing was funny, it was better to buy a pre built Dell than buy a GPU alone, then sell the GPU for more than what the system cost.

I have a Lian Li case and it's amazing. Super roomy and cable managing is great although you still need to do the work to manage them properly. The only reason I want to steer away from it is if you have an aversion to tempered glass.
I'd wait for the 5000 series. It seems like you don't have an immediate need to upgrade, and there's always a chance the 4000 series gets a price decrease.

What's your current monitor setup? You might want to spend some of your budget on that as well if you haven't thought of it. My coworker has a great ultra wide setup in his garage for lan parties but I think they go for 1k+ USD

I currently have an LG GL850-B 27" 1440p @144Hz and a 27'' 1080 on secondary. The reason I do not have a 4K is basically because at the current moment, not a lot of games will run at 4K with full Graphics with a 4080 (at least games like warzone etc)

but I feel like 2K running at 144 is currently comfortable and consistent.

I'm still running on DDR4 RAM due to my CPU and Motherboard but from what I've seen it doesn't make much a difference.

and Yes... I have seen Lian Li and they are really good quality and great airflow.

5000D is huge, more than enough room for cable management.
I have the 4000D Airflow and it's amazing as well.
