Tbh, I don't care for "intel". I just want to live a normal life. I want to find a good man and fall in love with him. But this is made impossible due to the feds. They keep sending honeypots at me.

There is nothing wrong with trying to date people you work with. You are in close contact, talk and interact with them, it's a good way to get to know someone somewhat intimately. And you also know that they are employed at least. And if they are a supervisor, they probably also have good interpersonal skills. I really think dating a coworker is superior to meeting people randomly or online.
