which affix on this circ would you replace for stats?

For what it’s intended purpose is based upon the stats given, none.
For what it’s potential could be…mana, teleport charges, 20 fcr could be changed but then your Amazon would clearly be a completely different playstyle.

The charges are sweet but it’s a pub only type item cause using charges from items isn’t legal afaik in gm rule sets (i think, i havent played diablo for pvp purposes in awhile).

Forti adds 25fcr, this 20fcr. So easy to get fcr as well.
