So like

I probably eat one and a half good meals a day

What are you best pro tips/recommendations for food consumption that doesn't require cooking or much preparation?

Also keep in mind that the main meals include meat, so perhaps something other than meat would be good

I knew these things idk I just forgot. And please don't say an apple

Powdered meal replacement crap

They ALL taste like shit but they get the job done.


Not food but caffeinated beverage helps too. I use gfuel.

I was thinking maybe nuts... Not a big fan big they have benefits, right? I had some package of nuts and raisins sitting around. That was pretty good. And I say this as a person who never eats or buys nuts.

I just don't know. Brain farting on this
