if you want ur name on there, i will do both for 700fg.
usually the cheapest rate is 1.5k for animated sigs and runs up to 2k. i am doing it for 700 cuz you provided tje assets u wanted.

Also please remember that sigs are 70kb limit and avatars are 50kb limit... The sig and avatar you posted are both over the limit.
