The recovery link is the only way. If they keep refusing to give it back to you, they definitely aren't happy with the information you're able to provide. Meaning, it's not enough.

This is false information. The amount of fg on either account has no influence on the recovery process, instead it's about whether you can provide sufficient information to prove that you are the actual owner. Please use the account recovery process as described above.

This is peanuts If you had 3 600 000 fg there then I'd agree. Maybe 3600 is a lot to you, though.
