Yes, sometimes you do. And no person is a machine. Any boss who thinks so should not be a boss. There must be some breathing room margins in work life. Even the capricorn boss i wrote about said that, "if one really is tired, take a 3-day mini vacation". He was highly successful. I'd rather listen to him.

Generally speaking being a good employee is rewarded with more work.


Edit: if you're working in a job where more work exists. Obviously you can't just be given extra abandoned apartments to ransack because there's a finite amount.
