Do you have a USB with a Windows iso on it? You could use that to try and repair your OS if that's the issue.
Can you make another profile or get into Windows open command prompt as an admin and type sfc /scannow. That should repair any files damaged.
If you have another PC, download Hiren's and flash it onto a USB and you can run a command prompt there.
