hello recent did a computer restore on my old pc and i now can not get passed the profile that was on here before.
I only had 1 profile on this pc
i have 2 drives
a smaller sata and a reguler hd
ive tried booting into safe mode and opening the profile but it just loops to a white screen
offering fg to who can help me solve this issue permentently

Do you have a USB with a Windows iso on it? You could use that to try and repair your OS if that's the issue.

Can you make another profile or get into Windows open command prompt as an admin and type sfc /scannow. That should repair any files damaged.
