It's my first time on hardcore and i'm playing with a Barbarian

My current gear is

Weapons: Butcher's Pupil + Rhyme
Helmet: Lore
Chest: Lionheart
Belt: Sigon
Gloves: Sigon
Boots: Sigon
Rings Angelic + Nagel
Amulet: Angelic

My question is about the next step. What is better, Wait until i get Grief or make a Oath and buy more itens? like Highlord's, Stormshield and Stuff like that

you need some dr and res to get through hell. stuff rockstopper, shaft stop, STRING OF EARS!, smoke is a good 50 res cheap rune armor. unbending will can probably get you through hell weapon wise. craft blood gloves too. after this.
priority list:
1 string of ears
2 raven frost 2-1/2 upgrade shield
3 upgrade weapon to oath or death or gf or azure wrath....
4 gore riders
5 good high-def armor duress, levi, fort, valor, gbane......
6 grief
7 stormshield
8 highlords

Budget barb? Get max res in hell, pump up life with charms, some random dr items (soe dungo gerkes etc) and when u feel like ur tanky enough, get grief first and start swapping out other items one by one, maintaining max res/tankiness
