You put ilvl99 there, with fawless gems you will get ilvl30 and that would make the fire mastery impossible, that calculator is pretty good tho, afaik is very reliable.

+(1-3) Fire Mastery (Sorceress Only) can spawn on ilvl >36 orbs and staves.

You can check the minimun (or maximum) ilvls need for each skill there, fawless would not work for staffs, but they would probably work for assa traps since I don't remember any really good tier 6 staff mod and tier 5 staff mods should ask for ilvl24+ only and you will have 30 with fawless.

I agree that the formula is not exactly newbie friendly, I think is important that you can understand it so you can explain things better and right, but no need to try to force it on the audience, in any case is pretty late here and my brain is being working really slow during the conversation, but still I explained the formula for a similar case here a few months ago:

In that case was to imbued with a low lvl char to get tier1 staff mods but still get high alvls, the explanation in this case is pretty much the same, the difference is that you want alvl60 for the +3 and there I wanted alvl50 just for +2 necro, but will make a lot easier to understand why you need qlvl80+ instead of qlvl60 to get alvl60+ so if you want to take a look at the explanation go ahead.

I corrected the information after speaking with and made a second video explaining the affix calculator..
People make mistakes, if you don't like any youtuber of d2, maybe you should become a youtuber and show us how it is done, before talking down to others...

Try acomplishing HALF of what Coooley has done so far in his journey and i will give you some admiration for it.

IMO is good enough, you corrected the wrong information and is enough to let new players know that perfect gems may be not the only ideal way to reroll items and if someone is really interested you have enough links in the description so they can learn how this work and try by themselves (or at least they know it exists and can ask here or whatever).
