Think it's time to take the summer back. I mean, 3 months after summer equinox, we stop going out and huddle indoors. Now we're closing in on 3 months -before- summer equinox, so it's important to start even now going out and getting into the sun to exploit the summer to the fullest degree.
I mean i've been so demotivated the last 2-3 months it's weird. Done the very basics, some projects and responsibilities, but that's about it. There is no doubt that the weather does play a role. It's been cloudy and rainy for 95% of that time, and cold too. Today it was sunny and i considered drinking again, haven't been enjoying a drinking evening for 3 months, only a single drink or shot here and there, not every day either. Obviously that is much more healthy but you know the deal i guess lol. Sometimes the soul needs cleansing. I say most of the alzheimers, parkinsons and all these things, come from too much stress and not enough fun. Lemmy Kilmister didn't get those things. So that is absolutely important. Then there's the balance thing though, lol.
But tomorrow it's looking like a trip outside, bring the old camping chair, genius invention and that's no lie. Less wind towards 16-17PM as well, that bodes well for a nice beach trip to watch the sunset.
Be a good day anyway i assume. Need to wash+dry clothes, hoover+wash floor, then clear tables and do the dishes. If i manage to do all that, THEN go outside - it would be a win of a day.
