Praying involves asking "God/imaginary wizard" to heal you or others. It has nothing to do with mind it's pure copium. Visualisation and staying positive on the other hand is a valid strategy.
Take some time to open a dictionary and familiarise yourself with basic terminology before rattling off and embarrassing yourself.
