There are some budget versions. White wand 2-3 Trang pieces

You psn a few down and corpse explode the rest down pretty much. 3 piece Trang gives -25% psn res which is huge for how cheap they are

it can be speedy, but get ready to attack like this, teleport in, cast lower res, cast psn nova, wait for something to die, cast corpse explosion till pack is dead, maybe have to cast psn nova again and repeat with corpse explosion, and then head to the next pack... ive always found it to be a very clunky playstyle.

I think you need enigma + dweb to be really effective, or at least just enigma. -psn res is very important for your psn to actually kill, but I ran a p8 pits necro without deaths web and it was pretty fast (pits mobs are easier than say chaos mobs).

You want 1 pt into revive for the minions to take hits while you tele and while psn works em down, insight iron golem and infinity Merc is best, but it can just be insight Merc and whatever golem on budget. Cast lower resist, nova, cast amp, and then start clicking CE for a corpse that should be there by now.

It takes some getting used to, but with minions + bone armor you can be pretty safe, and as you improve skills and damage you clear the whole screen which is always fun
