My understanding is that in LoD ES was better in SvA and vita in SvS.

I note that for ES sorcs the DFC rules cap ES at 88%, cap max res at 75 and prohibit the use of % absorb. Also, in D2R Obsession allows vita sorcs to reach considerably higher life than was possible in LoD. Thirdly, vita allows considerably higher damage through additional points in fire mastery, and even allows max hydra (which was greatly improved from LoD) for an additional damage source. Lastly, vita allows you to dispense with cube in inventory (additional life and damage from skiller) and the hassle of precast.

My question is, in light of the above and some factors I may have missed, are ES sorcs still superior in SvA?
