What do I do if moderator/jsp support never helps me?
Is there any other way to get support? Like discord or something?

What exactly do you need help with?
The only mod I know that talks to people via discord is like Textbook.
But I doubt it’s the correct way to go about getting help.
PMing the correct staff is usually the go-to.

A friend wants help with his jsp..he is "Banned" for no reason*no trades done on jsp! but support never replies for years..

But jsp never replies..

Any account that is banned or disabled is virtually irreversible unless done so by Njaguar himself.
I have seen a couple of cases where someone was unbanned but the chances are VERY unlikely, especially if they are not receiving any word back.

People don't get banned for no reason.

I am sure that this friend's actions have been addressed appropriately. This includes multiple accounts.

He have only 1 account, no trades done. NO scams. No scammer accusations, jsp just shut him down without any reason. And they never reply why his account is banned or how to unlock..

if his account was banned, there were serious reasons for it. Nothing can be done about this matter. Banned accounts cannot be reinstated. Writing to the moderators won't help
