Im going to make a Beast, why would i want to rock the double axe instead of a zerk?

My assumption is due to the lowered strength (43 str) requirements and no dexterity requirements with a double axe.
Where as a berserker axe would have 59dex/138str requirement.
Assuming you’re just using the beast for the fanaticism aura for your summons and not swinging it.

easier to equip as previously stated is the only reason...
eth zerk for style... you shouldn't be hitting anything...
as a necro, regardless of build, the end goal is the same, let merc/summons get the kill and proceed to corpse explode the world...

If you wont swing it, it serves no purpose to use rare, and expensive bases. Its a stat stick you hold, and the easier you make it to find, and equip the better.

guessing Zerk just has a higher resell value, with a torch + anni + enigma, there wasn't many points i had to waste into str + dex.
