Just wondering why I have no sound when on mobile but do have on pc . Every time i try to reset volume in setting it goes back to 0

yes and still nothing

The answer is sound on mobile is bugged. And some times when you do get sound picking up items will be bugged. So you have to refresh your browser till you have no sound again to be able to switch your gear and or view items with out instantly pick up items.
