Just pretend your an ironman for a little bit.
Also don't use your registered email for shit like porn websites.
Register it to an email that has nothing else registered to it, and have a very strong randomized password.

Or just changed the registered email away from the login email. then they won't match and even if they somehow get your username, they won't be able to get your account through hacking the email.

used to be able to do shit like mikasa@1.com & then i'd change registered email to a real one

for my current main I used a disposable yahoo account for creation, then later changed it to my normal gmail. So you get my login cool, you can't do anything with it.

Honestly as long as you just changed the registered email to anything other than your login email then you should be good. just make sure you don't lose those email login details if you ever want to change your pass or anything.
