I just go on pc part pickers and choose either cheapest godlies or with what you had in mind with 6800 xt amd. I wouldn’t want 128 gb of ram. That is too much for no reason.

sent lil info thanks running duel monitors atm but probly switching to x2 optix g32d4 monitors

Hey sorry for the late reply.

The 3080ti is more than enough for the games you listed. Honestly i'd go for a 4070 instead, it's similar to the 3080 ti in performance but takes up less power, doesn't run as hot, runs DLSS3 and is a lot quieter than previous gen cards.

You're correct that the Ryzen 5800X3D will help more in games and the 5950 is more for production. If you don't do anything heavy like hosting servers, multiple video rendering/editing etc i'd just go with the X3D that way if you ever upgrade to a 1440p monitor in the future you'll be set.

Just be sure these parts are compatible with the new PC you're building and be sure everything is cooled enough :)

If watercooling is setup for the CPU properly you should be all good. Ryzens usually run hot anyway so them being in the 90s isn't an issue.
