I plan to use these boots mostly for cold vs cold sorceress duels. I am planning on using Death's Fathom. They can be used for more. Could you link the ruleset that you are referring to? On LoD, 40 was commonly the GM rep amount

On d2unmastered, it is 33 commonly.

GM or BM whogivesatoss they are beautiful boots
