This is kinda sexy... the Max life substitutes the lack of hit points a mage or warlock has at level 10, yet the mage and warlock has HIGH Intelligence ... making killing speed superior since it is 22 int out of the max of 25 int on a level 10 staff ... yup... Staff... not a dagger or any other weapon. Also you have +3% Mind Numb and +1 CS that is bound to casters.

Sexy find.

EDIT: oh... if you are an ICE caster... the Mastery is perfect.
